ADAPTIVE STRATEGIES ASSESSMENT

Email and text are the best ways to reach me.
As I'm often in session throughout the day, I'm not always available to answer phone calls. If you'd prefer to speak by phone, leave a voicemail and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Reflecting Room is not a crisis service and does not provide emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent medical assistance, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or a mental health crisis, call or text 988 for 24/7 crisis support in Canada.
